I’m using my XS from 2008, and at now it’s still my favorite instrument…
Some days ago I was playing a custom Moog patch, and I’d like to control in real time some parameters like FEG’s depth, attack, decay and release…
So I was thinking to use an external controller, like Arturia’s Beatstep, to have a realtime control of some parameters…
I’have use the Motif XS’s data list to configure the Beatstep but it doesn’t work fine…
The Beatstep sends correctly volume, pan, cutoff and some others “GM” parameters, but the XS seems not receive or not respond to any other CCs…
Maybe I should configure the Beatstep with NRPN parameters?
Does someone has had successfully configure an external controller for Motif? Thank to all!
