I’m having trouble getting audio from my MOX6 into Ableton. I downloaded the driver, but when I go to Preferences, Audio, then Audio Input Device in Ableton, the MOX6 does not show up. Is there something I’m not doing? |

Yes, I’m sure of it (ha ha) because otherwise Ableton would see it as an available audio device. I hope you installed the driver after you downloaded it. What computer OS version: Mac, Windows? Are you seeing the MIDI ports of the MOX in Ableton preferences? |

Thanks for your reply. I did install the driver after I downloaded it. I’m using a Mac. Yes I am seeing the MIDI ports of the MOX in Ableton preferences. |

Open up Utilities -> Audio/MIDI Setup , see if the MOX audio is visible there. |

“I am seeing the MIDI ports of the MOX in Ableton preferences.” Do you want to record audio or midi from MOX to LIVE? If you want to record audio in Live you have to go to Preferences. Under Driver Type choose ASIO. Under Audio Device choose your Audio Interface. In SESSION VIEW of LIVE choose an audio track and Arm that track by clicking the Arm button. The Arm button will be red once it’s enabled. In the I/O section of the AUDIO TRACK choose EXT IN under AUDIO FROM. You should be all set and ready to record from MOX. Let me know how you making out. |
