Band wants to do this one.  I have a MOXF6 and wondering if any MOXF users out there have the Loverboy Turn Me Loose intro synth patch or if it’s available somewhere.  I purchased the Vintage Keys software but it’s not in there. Thanks!

As far as I know, the MOX/MOXF version of the library has the same Voices as that for the XS, but no Performances. “WorkWeeken” is USER1 A10 in the XS Volume I version.

5pinDIN, I found the SAW PAD voice in the stock library and did a little tweaking.  I moved the mod wheel up to give it a little more sizzle and adjusted the PB to +24/-24.  Using the PB gives you the filter stepping effect like the original.  Sounds darn close to me!

A friend of mine who played keyboards with Loverboy for a brief tour (original keyboardist Doug Smith was on hiatus) informed me that the intro to “Turn Me Loose” was actually
played by Doug - no pitch bend or portamento involved. It was done on a Prophet 5. Not
an easy thing to play....your solution involving the pitch bend wheel definitely works to produce the same effect.

This is a better clip to see what he did (as Dave said):
