Help

I have a motif xs6 and most of the lower keys plays 3 notes simultaneously. I have done a factory reset without success. Can anyone tell me if it is the EMKS-FD board that’s the problem?

Please give specific examples of a few of the keys and the additional notes played. Also, the lowest and highest key for which it occurs.

if i press c it plays all c and f# notes accross the board. This happens only with the keys associated to the lower board. All the notes connected to the high board plays ok.
