Hello! I have a problem with my moxf ((((
After installing boot mode ( power on mode - user 1 bank), buttons don’t work, user bank 1 on display, but no sound!! How to solve the problem? Menu does’t work!

OK, that’s the correct procedure to default to User Voice Bank 1 when the MOXF’s power is turned off and back on.

I haven’t seen reports of problems such as you’ve described here on Motifator.

Do you know which version of the OS is installed in your MOXF?

Sorry that you can not help, probably will return to the service center.

If it’s very glitchy, it wouldn’t surprise me if there’s an old version of the OS installed. You might want to try to update it.

I had a similar issue, all buttons dead no LED was on and now sound at all. But the display showed the current voice. I had to bring it to a Service Center. They had to clean some contacts inside and now it works fine again.
So if nothing helps, you propably will have to bring it back as well.
