Hi Guys, Im purchasing a moxf6 soon and wanting to know if the a/d input is very clean for using to input my other synth (roland FA08), as I want to put both through a Radial DI then into my x32 mixer but dont want to look any quality of sound from the roland. I tried this with my Korg R3 and in made it sound a lot worse especially with piano sounds. Has anyone tried this? Would make setup nice and simple and only use up two xlr channels on the mixer.
Regards

Also if its good quality is it possible to disable all effects on the input? |

It is very clean. You decide if you want to put effects on it. And many people use it to record. GIGO rules apply. |

Thanks BM, just put a deposit down on one, the first thing my partner says is “it’s ugly, what’s with the red ends?” Lol I had to explain to her its about the sound! |

Yes it is and it sounds wonderful. I have added a 1GB flash card and a few new sound sets. This is a truly inspiring synth. BTW dont forget the free voice librarys from Yamaha if you do get a flash board. Blake. |

If you want a “stealth” MOXF, get a pair of MOX side panels. Â :-) |
