I recently had the thumb drive I was using with my ES appear to die . The good news is that I had a complete backup. The bad news is that all of the thumb drives that I’ve been able to source have either been A) Larger than 2GB or 4 GB B) USB 3.X or 2.0. I’ve tried partitioning larger drives with 2GB FAT16 partitions, but my ES (updated to final firmware) continues to reject formatting the partitioned flash drives with an “Error -1” message. Does anyone have tips on modern USB sticks that work with the ES and how to properly format them? |
