MO6 / MO8 / S90 ES and MOTIF-RACK ES versions

Although these instruments cannot load user samples Mystic Spheres offers a radically new type of sound, which clearly differentiates this collection from stock Motif sounds.

MOTIF ES / XS versions

These versions also include approx. 60MB new user waveforms. Unlike many other sample-based synth banks you will not just find basic samples of the presets of popular synths. Mystic Spheres offers complex waveforms comparable with preset waves, providing a great basis for making new synth sounds using the sound engine of the MOTIF ES.

A bonus set of samples is included in the download for Motif ES. Make sure you have a suitable medium for transferring samples to your Motif ES (USB storage device, or hard drive), and that you have additional DIMM sample RAM installed on your Motif ES if you wish to use the sample version.

An alternate version, without samples, can be used if you do not have sample memory.

MOTIF XS version

This version utilizes special XS features such as Assignable Functions (XA-Mode), new Arpeggio types, new Effect types and new Synth Waveforms.

Out of the 128 Voices no less than 50 explore the expanded sonic possibilities of Xpanded Articlulation. These Voices (tagged AF1&2) give you maximum sound flexibility, incorporating Assignable Functions (AF1 + AF2) and alternate element combinations. The cross-fade of the sounds is smooth because of element's release parameter settings.

Each Xpanded Articlulation Synth Voice includes an assignment of 5 Control Arps (ARP 1 – 5), modulating the amplifier filter, pitch, or MIDI Gates.
