hallo
i have motif xf connected with cubase via firewire ,expansion board, and i’m using motif internal audio interface for my sound. i’m using also software instruments that are on my computer and motif as midi keyboard for them. i’d like to buy warm audio 76 amp limiter.
how would i connected it to cubase using my motif internal audio interface?

Based on the description of your setup, there is no place to insert such a hardware, line-level, single-channel device. With proper signal routing, for stereo a pair (two) of them could be placed at the main line outputs of the XF, but you’d need another audio interface in order to be able to digitally record that audio.

The XF already has a “76” style compressor/limiter built in, the VCM Compressor 376. If you haven’t already tried it, I suggest that you do. Between it and proper EQing, the results can be surprisingly good.
