Hi
I have my Motif XF6 connected to CuBase on my MAC.

I have set proper inputs and outputs (All MOTIF XF6) on the Device setup options AND the VST Connections as well.

I can hear youtube on my PC. I can even hearTones from the Media Bay, but I am unable to hear my reorded tracks when played(Pressing spacebar).

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!

Is this on a Mac or PC?

This is on a MAC.

I have connected my external speakers directly to the MOTIF.

If it’s recorded audio tracks in Cubase that you can’t hear?
If so, make sure that the monitor button on the track isn’t active/orange when you’re playing back.

It isnt. I’ve checked them too.

So you have recorded audio tracks in Cubase, as in you can see it in the project view?
But these don’t play back?
Maybe a screenshot of the routing etc. would help, if so.

Yes, I have recorded audio tracks on CuBase and they can be seen on the project view. And they dont playback.

Would be good to see the routing of the audio tracks. Does the little meter on the track show it is playing?

What is the ROUTING u are talking about?

Yes the little meter shows that its playing.

If the Routing is about the Audio setup, I have attached them in the first post.

Each of your tracks in the project also has routings, in and out.
SO the audio you can’t hear could be sent to a group, main, etc.

Attached Routing. Could you let me know what to change>?

I saw the individual routing for tracks too as attached.

I changed it to Stereo but I still couldn’t get any sounds!!!

At work so no access to Cubase at the moment. In the mixer view, where is your Master routed to?
Hopefully you’ll got it sorted before I get home, but will check this thread once I have the puter up and running.

Sorry, I’m a Windows user and you will need to create something called an ‘aggregate device’ on you Mac. On Windows you can’t do that. Nasically Cubase can only handle one audio device but with your aggrigate one, you can fool it to see both your mic and Motif as one. Search threads here for details how it’s done or wait for a Mac guru to jump in. ;-)
