reading various posts around the forum, from the past 10 (!) years, I see that quite alot of people are using DX Manager with their PLG150-DX.

I have one installed in my ES7.

so far, I get no luck communicating with it.

Everything else midi with my pc and the ES7 is perfect.

I have the PLG150-DX set to Port 2. I tried Port 1 as well.

it tries to “initialize patch viewer” and I get the message - patchviewer was unable to initialize. check your midi connections… etc.

I’m also not able to download the patch banks from the Midi Menu> Receive> Get Banks.

in the “Midi manager” I can see eveyrthing that’s happening on the synth though. so I don’t understand why I can’t connect.

Can anyone please shed some light on the subject? help me around a bit?
