Hi.

My moxf8 is sent for key adjustment in the other end of my country so… I have to go through some ideas without it and ask some questions here to help me plan my next project.

I have a band and the drummer and guitarist quits. For now we have keyboard (me), bass, and vocals. Dont have the time right now to find people who can replace our friends and have to fix it on keyboard and live bass.

So… Is this posible in MIX mode, thats my question… An example…

Part 1: Vocoder (For backing harmony live the chords of played piano...)
Part 2: Drum ARP. Can I change 1-6 in mix mode? Played split left hand.
Part 3: Steel Guitar ARP. Can I change 1-6 in mix mode together with drum? Played split left hand.
Part 4: Boggie Guitar ARP. Can I change 1-6 in mix mode together with drum? Played split left hand.
Part 5: Piano. Right hand, Played live.
Part 6: A pad/Synth. Dubble the piano, live, right hand.
Part 7: Solo Lead synth. Live. Highest OCT or toggle on of by mute.

I know I can play all this together in mix mode using all part listen to Midi CH1 (same channel) but is this posible using arps on 3 channels at the same time splitted lft and change arp 1-6?

I might use all on Midi CH2 and Use a second midi keyboard to play solo lead on CH1, my old DX7 only send on CH1…

I can not test it for 3 weeks so… I will be happy for any feedback on this.
Hope it works.

Thanx.
/Magnus

You can have a total of six Scenes per Mix. Arpeggios can be registered to Scenes.

See pages 129 and 98 of the MOXF Reference Manual.
