When I hit the low C it seems to trigger multiple sounds on my XS6. None of the other keys do this. I tried factory reset and it didn’t help. Any ideas?

Do you have anything else connected to the XS6 over MIDI or USB?  Is this in all modes or just one/some?

What mode does this occur in (Voice, Performance, etc.)?

What are the “multiple sounds”? Either describe them, or post a short audio recording.

Is anything connected to the XS6 via MIDI or USB? If so, disconnect everything except headphones or amp and try again.

If you press OCTAVE [DOWN] or [UP], does the issue remain with the same key?

EDIT: It seems meatballfulton posted while I was typing. I’m feeling a bit redundant.  :-)
