Quick question for the “best” way to connect a high end condenser mic (+$1000) via the MOXF8 A/D for recording jazz vocals into Cubase. Not sure how to do this so there is no reduction of the vocal quality. thoughts are is there a way to keep the MOXF8 connected to Cubase as the audio interface but somehow use a Focusrite audio interface (for their pre-amp)directly into the PC to record the audio track in Cubase? I want the vocals to be the very best quality (hence why using this mic) but not sure if I would be able to hear the MOXF8 tracks if I connect the Focusrite as an audio interface to lay down the audio track? I hope my question make sense? |
