Been trying for a couple of days now..I get the thumbs up for both my email addy and password, but each time I get the working circle and then after about 15-20 seconds it keeps going back to the login screen...can anyone help here please?

yeah Im using chrome as well..it is still doing it. I am an Australia so maybe there is some issue there? Still have not heard back from the accounts@yamaha yet.

Probably not. Since establishing their own gig, they don’t play here anymore. Zero, zip, nada. Not even a postcard. I’ve never been able to sign in either, but I do receive a whole bunch of emails soliciting sales of their wares. Keep after them, maybe you’ll get somewhere. You could always Facebook them, if you can bear the spyware. Good luck.

thanks stoneb3 - that confirms suspicions I had. I refuse to go the facebook route as that is just info gouging by Yamaha. At least I know someone understands :)

so how the hell is one supposed to ask questions at yamahsynth? Its obvious (as noted above) that anyone who would have knowledge of these things, no longer visits this forum. Although they do frequent the yamahasynth forum as there are several recent replies.

And the help email does not respond at all...been waiting 5 days now.

I’m in NSW and have no trouble signing in to yamahasyth.com.
Using IE11 and Win8.1

yeah it MIGHT be a W10 thing Jim...I haven’t tried with the new Microsoft Edge (replaces IE) but it might be worth a try I guess..
