I haven’t touched my motif and n8 for recording in cubase 6 in a while. I have since updated my OSX to 10.9. MIDI data from the XS8 is recording fine. The Motif is daisychained via firewire to the N8 onto my computer. Found that I couldn’t record any audio into Cubase from a mic through the N8. I fiddled around with some settings and updated to the Cubase 6.5.5 and Yamaha FW driver 1.7.3. I’m afraid that I may have changed a few too many settings and am out of ideas of how to remedy the situation. Help please! :( btw, attached are a few screen shots that may give a better idea of what could be a simple solution. Image Attachments
