Is it possible to load an XF7 All file to the Motif XS with all the samples stored in the XF? Next week I have a gig abroad. When I come back home I won’t have my XF for the next gig in my own country. So I’m going to use my old XS7. Thanks for answering! |

XF files cannot be directly loaded to an XS, even if Voices are based on samples found in common in their ROMs. However, it should be possible to convert an XF “All” file using Melas software. Also, the XF has Arps which aren’t in the XS, so if your sounds depend on them, that’s another possible issue. |

Also Motif XF is not completely compatible with the MOXF, because the latter contains newer arpeggios… Go figure! |
