Hi all,
In the latest Music Production Guide (01_15) I read about new Yamaha application for iPad, Yamaha Synth Book. You could also read about it at Yamaha Europe. It is also intended to be used with a MOXF as an external tone generator, so it should be interesting.

I have been unable to see it in the US AppStore as well. An interesting video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPS9Xi-KzRg&x;-yt-ts=1421914688&x;-yt-cl=84503534 |

Just an update: Now app could be found on US store, but only as iPhone app, not iPad. Alex |

Thank you! Found it by switching the search to display iPhone apps. A quick look and this’ll be a fun synth. It’s not just presets, but they give you some decent amount of editing with it, too. |

I agree with you! I was amazed with the sound quality when I played it via MOXF. Jamming with included drum patterns is a plus. Moreover, it recognizes MOXF just after I plugged in USB cable. I think that only thing that I don’t like is that it is iPhone app, so on iPad it has lower resolution. Alex |
