I just bought a used like new MX 61 ( I own an XS6 ) and did the firmware update about the Low Volume issue that it has. My problem is when I start the MX the volume is very very very low, almost impossible to hear, then about a minute the volume comes and sometimes when I play it feels like there’s playing well and then suddenly the volume drops like if you are playing soft, then change to another voice and the volume increased again....... any suggestions? 

by the way I format my usb pen drive on the MX...and only that file is on it.

I figure out what was my problem. I had a Korg DS1H Damper Pedal that doesn’t work with the MX attached to the sustain pedal jack , so I disconnected and the problem is gone.... Happy with my lightweight MX 61..... So as I bought it used where I can find the Remote tools or the yc3b disc?

I don’t have any yellow paper or activation code when I bought the MX, so it means that I can’t run those app?

Remote Tools shouldn’t require an activation code. Ask the person you bought the MX from about Cubase, Prologue and YC-3B.
