We are somewhat notoriously averse to bouts of price cutting; not that we’re mean or greedy or anything but, well, we believe what we produce does represent tremendous value anyway. Plus, we do depend on income generated at The Shop here on Motifator.com to survive. This is not exactly Walmart.

But these are challenging times for us all and we have, for the next ten days or so, unilaterally trimmed a full 25% off the price of all Twiddly.Bits libraries. No ifs ands or buts. Buy just one, or two, or three, they’ll all be 25% off, at just $29.95.

This rush of blood to the head has been accompanied by a rash of conversions (format, rather than religious). For the Motif XF and XS we now have no less than 18 separate Twiddly.Bits titles in ‘native’ format for the Motif XF/XS. This represents literally thousands of cool, human-played parts recorded by teams of illustrious musicians that you can now call up and play with (very literally) on your Motif XF/XS.

The fresh converts include Electric & Acoustic Guitar (the chance for all you prog rockers to jam with Steve Hackett), and Country - a collection that to our ears keeps getting better with time.

Whether you like creating human-sounding backing tracks; just like jamming with beats that actually sound like they were played by a real drummer and bass player (because, of course, indeed they were), want to spice up your compositions with some inordinately funky Clavinet parts, or congas, or jazz piano, or are looking for ‘inspiration’ to get a new song or beat started… now’s the time to stock up on a collection or two.

Yes, OK, you’ve convinced me to at least take a look a wha-choo-got.
