Is that for the Motif ES?

Which SQ01 version are you looking for?

Did you get a DVD-ROM with your XS? If so, I would suggest that you forget about SQ01, and instead install Cubase if you want a DAW. Cubase AI4 is on the DVD, and can be updated - see:
http://www.steinberg.net/en/support/downloads/downloads_cai4.html

Of course, you can sequence within the XS itself, and even record a WAV file of your performance onto a USB flash drive (if your XS has at least version 1.50 Operating System). If not, that can also be updated so that your XS has the latest features.
See http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/emi/english/synth/motifxs_en_add_v150a0.pdf

The most recent OS is Version 1.60.

You can get the 1.60 OS and Spanish-language descriptions of OS 1.50 and 1.60 features here.

SQ01 is no longer supported by Yamaha.

There are better free programs available today:

Reaper...the “evaluation copy” is the full software with no limitations, after 30 days you are expected to pay $60 for a license but the software keeps working with nag screen delays. Reaper user forum in Spanish

Studio One Free

Ardour (Mac or Linux)

Linux MultiMedia Studio (Linux or Windows)

He probably wants SQ01 because of the PLG plugin card editors that came with it.  SQ01 is a spare part CD you can buy from Yamaha for the Motif-ES.  I bought a copy for $15 or so from Yamaha.  Installation is where people get into difficulties, but I figured that problem out.

On Windows-7 you have to run the SQ01 INSTALLER with XP SP3 Compatibility and Administrator privileges.  Not the app after it’s loaded, the Setup.exe Installer program.  SOL2 requires the same settings to install correctly too, I have both up and running properly.  I haven’t tried Windows 8 or 10, but my guess is the same fix applies.

This thread is more than five years old, so I doubt that the original poster pays any attention, but what the heck… :-D

No, correozalo clearly stated that he was looking for software to start recording with his Motif XS. If he just needed the PLG editors, he would be able to download them for free:
