Hi there

I am now the proud owner of a MOX8 and am having some technical issues with it.

When i have downloaded all the drivers as suggested for Cubase AI5 i have tried to get this to work when connecting the USB and it is coming up as USB failed.

Has anyone experieinced this problem and if so can they tell me what i need to do over come it.

To speed up and get a more accurate help, please specify yur type PC and it’s OS and state which versions of drivers you installed.

Welcome to the forums! We moved your post to the MOX forum heading the MO6/MO8 are actually different (discontinued) keyboards.

MOX6/MOX8 Setup Windows 7

The above guide will take you through what you need to know. Make sure you have the correct driver - version numbers matter. Let us know if you get stuck. Post back here.

Thank you for the Feedback
the Computer is running windows 7 I-7 processor and is a 64 bit machine.

The Driver I have down loaded is a steinberg driver that I need to be compatible with Cubase AI5.

The driver appeared to download but when putting the cable in to activate it is comes up with failed.
