How about doing the right thing and not asking people to give you sound libraries for free?

If you want commercial sound libraries (like Vintage Keys by DCP Productions), then go purchase them at the Motifator Shop.

Geeezzz, i really have to go out of my way and resurrect this post and answer to this. Dave, i’m sorry to say this man, i mean i really respect you and your work, i have like 4 of your libraries (witch i’ve purchased from this site), but some of your comment’s as well as some comment’s here from other members totally mirrors the attitude of most people in this forum when it comes to sharing sounds, i just frontally disagree, period!!!
“Digital Music” just asked if there was any members willing to share user made sounds, the kind of thing you should see on forums like this, i did not see he asking for any copyrighted libraries for free, you’ve just assumed he did. The first thing you did was criticize him and direct him to the shop to buy libraries You sell. It’s incredible really, the spirit of sheering is totally dead these days, this forum just looks more and more a company and sound developer’s marketing tool, to sell and promote their stuff as opposed to a community of users where they share their work and knowledge.

What is your problem with people sharing things for free? Geeeezzz!!!
I have no problem with sharing sounds (or work) i made with others, yes i had work programing them, but the work is already done, i have no problem with giving it for free to anyone, i don’t have to make a buck out of every bit of work i do.
He wasn’t asking for commercial sound banks as far as i can see.

When you say: “How about doing the right thing and not asking people to give you sound libraries for free?”
I mean, what the hell was he doing wrong.....????

Sorry for the rant, i just had to speck out cause i think old forums spirit of community and free sharing is definitely dead this days.
