Hello everyone! Updated Motif to 1.08 - where can I read what has improved? And is it possible to put 1GG of RAM now?

Hi,

A readme text file is included with the updater, and reads as follows:

Main Fixes and Enhancements:
V1.06 to V1.08
- Improved the performance of Total Recall.
- Solved some somall problems.

V1.0x to V1.06
Fixed the issue that some third-party flash memory products are not recognized on the unit. The MOTIF-ES is now compatible with more USB flash devices.

Sample RAM is not mentioned at all. My ES7 has 1 GB installed, and did so before I updated to the 1.08 firmware too. I can’t remember what version it was before that, though.

And someone put a 256 MB Smart Media card in Motif EU after updating the system to 1.08? There is no 256 MB card itself, but you can substitute a 256 MB SD Card through the adapter
