I need a MOXF Module for live gigs, and I’m wondering if the ARP’s of my MOXF can be used in either the MOTIF Rack ES or XS?

To determine if Rack models have the Voices and Arps needed, search the Data Lists for their names (numbering isn’t the same from model to model).

The Preset MOXF Voices in banks 1~8 are the same as those in the Rack XS Voice banks, except for Bank 8 #125~128 (H13~H16). The GM banks also have the same Voices in the two models, as do Drum Kits 1~64.

Rack models have Voice and Multi modes, but no Performance mode. It has pseudo-Performance capability with “Layer 1-4 Parts” (placing them all on the same MIDI channel), which can be selected via the Utility menu.

If I go with a MODX, will it be able to play my MOXF Performance’s with all their variable 6 ARP’s/Drum Patterns?
