I’m trying to replicate the huge sweep (or swell) sound that occurs after the chorus in the Falco song Der Komissar.
I’m on an MX61. I’ve been tweaking the sweeping patches that are already in the board but can’t get close.

Anyone have some pointers?

Thanks in advance!

I’m not sure if I know exactly the part you’re talking about, but it sounds like a sawtooth-style patch (brass or synth bass) with the low-pass filter being ‘opened’ (cutoff frequency raised) and then ‘closed’ (freq. lowered). You can do that with Knob A on function setting 1. You could also assign it to an expression pedal, or use an LFO or envelope to modulate it.
