Hello.  Please let me know how I can have the bass (on a left hand split on the MO6) not being affected by the sustain pedal.  This cuts the polyphony and sounds weird, so I would like to not have the split bass sounds affected by the sustain pedal.

Appreciating your answers,
Yoyi

Whether or not a Part responds to a controller can be determined by the Receive Switch setting.

For Performance mode, see [F5] RCV SW on page 176 of the MO Owner’s Manual (http://download.yamaha.com/file/7429).

For Song (or Pattern) Mixings, see the same topic, on page 192.

Welcome to the forum.

For Performance mode…
1) Select the Performance
2) Press [EDIT]
3) Select the Part (press [1]~[4])
4) Press [F5] RCV SW
5) Select the controller (Sustain, etc.) and turn it “off” or “on” as desired.

Parts in Song/Pattern Mixings can be similarly edited.
