Hi everyone. I was trying ti use S90 ES as midi controller with El Capitan and cannot add S90 to core audio. Don’t know if it’s not regcognizing it. I tried to get the latest driver, but 1.3.2, but I am not getting any sucess.

On Yamaha USB MIDI control panel it seems to not recognize S90 ES on Device Name.

I found this post:
http://www.yamahasynth.com/forum/yamaha-s90-es-usb-midi-driver-for-mac-os-x-yosemite-10-10-5

Followed instructions and did not find 10.11 option as shown.

If someone knows what may be the problem, please let me know.

Thanks.

Driver v1.3.2-2 for Mac:
https://usa.yamaha.com/support/updates/usb-midi_driver_mac.html

That may or may not resolve any problem you’re having.

Thanks. I was using Apogee Duet’ usb input as midi in. I was using this input with a keyboard controller
and was working fine, but not worked with S90 ES. Then I tried connecting S90 ES directly to MacBook usb port and it recognized.
