So I purchased the Vintage Keys, was told I’d receive an email with download instructions?  This is all I’ve got.  Anybody know where the file went or how I contact them?  The 800 number goes straight to voicemail and nobody seems to ever call back.

Hi there,

Glad you found the file. Yes, we are not alone in having to deal with the hornet’s nest of vagaries that is email these days. Between your own settings, The Google Email Police, local servers and professional spammers jamming up the works it is a challenge.

We do answer calls whenever possible at the office but the surest way to reach us is email or a message to which we will then respond. We are in California and, much as we like to think the whole world is here as well, we do realize some people live in Boston, London, Toyko, or even Sydney and so time zones can exacerbate the difficulty of finding us ‘in’.
