I am considering by an XF7 but I am thinking, surely Yamaha are close to announcing a replacement for the XF series.....they have been around for 5 years now.

Is there any news of something coming soon in the Motif range?

Only speculation this far. We know that they have something called Reface coming during summer Namm (i guess it might be one or even four separate products, presumably using mini-keys (from looking at the blurry videos released so far)). Yamaha did also register the domain “Montage” which (per speculation) could stand for MO (as motif) ntage.... follow up product (???)

We’ll see.
