In my motif xf7 all c# and G are not working. After turn on for a 10 min to 20 min these keys are totally not responding.

can anyone help me out.

It’s a 3 or 4 part video, but each video should easily lead to the others.  Let me know if you can’t find them. 
(this is just in case you have to replace them.... it’s VERY easy to do)

Ease is relative to one’s abilities. I find it relatively easy, and you might as well, but I’ve also seen gear butchered by those who didn’t have the necessary skills but were convinced otherwise.

My advice is to tread carefully, and recognize your limitations…

Besides, the OP’s problem isn’t “a broken key”.
