If the iOS/MOX firmware combination is the cause maybe I should try downgrading my iPad iOS from version 8 to 6 then.

Is there a website we can ask Yamaha about their plan to update the firmware of the MOX to make it compatible (USB MIDI/AUDIO via ipad) like they did with the MOXF? Hopefully they still want to support the MOX series as it is not very old.

And I am not even sure that we can downgrade an iOS version on an ipad. The best of course would be for Yamaha to fix the firmware so all MOX users would be happy.
