I am looking for good synclavier samples/sounds for the motif xs !  such as sounds from Michael Jackson he used the synclavier on the song Beat-it and Thriller.

Synth Ark Synclavier Samples are not cheap, but might be of interest. The SF2 format can be converted to XS voices using the Melas Waveform editor.
