I’ve just purchased a MOXF8 and am a little confused by the difference between arpeggios, songs, and patterns.  What I’m trying to do is create arpeggios as accompaniments that I can play and switch in real time like in the Performance Mode presets.

Thanks

You can create an Arp in a Track in a Song or Pattern, and then use a Song or Pattern Job, Put Track to Arp. See pages 96, 110 and 126 of the MOXF Reference Manual.

This might help:

By the way, please post future questions concerning the MOXF to its own forum, since not everything is compatible between the MOX and MOXF.

The arps used to be called phrase factory seems like.

A lot are just short riffs or 1 bar things.

Good way to add parts to a song.

Not sure what you’d use for what you want to do but don’t think it would be arps.
