Greatings dear friends,
I’d just like to ask something.
Would anyone happen to know if the Motif XF6 (61 key version) has the resampling function to create wav files of the songs you compose in the internal sequencer?

Resampling is just one of several methods that can be used to create a WAV file. Directly to a USB drive is often convenient. See:
