Hello - anyone having difficulty ordering
sounds from the motivator shop (key fax)
I bought vintage keys for xf about a week ago
and have not gotten a response from key fax.

they have also not responded to email.
Just wondering if i"m doing something wrong.

If you’re in the US, have you tried calling 1-800-752-2780?

yes, nothing in spam folder.  will try the phone i guess.

this is a common problem here, I’ve had the same.

Actually, it’s a pretty rare problem, albeit understandably frustrating if it happens to you and so one that invariably gets ‘reported’. We did unearth a paypal issue last week that was obstructing delivery of the url but either way we will always issue the download link ‘manually’ as soon as humanly possible. It is a holiday weekend here in USA but we will still try to make sure a new link is sent right away.

I purchased the download version of the MOXF In ‘N’ Out video directly from Keyfax.  Paid by Paypal, however there was a problem with the transaction, the funds were debited but the transaction was still ‘processing’.
After enquiring about the issue to them, they sent an email with the link. However, this then had trouble downloading. It was the weekend here in Oz and I thought I’d have to wait for several more days.
Anyway was amazed when received a response from Rachel. After back & forth emails got the link to finally work. I realised that it was past 11pm on a Saturday night in Santa Cruz and joked with her to ‘get a life’!!
