Hi. I too own a moxf with no additional boards installed at this point. What dvd would I benefit most from? I haven’t really looked into my Moxf yet. Is the initial Mox dvd the best general user guide for the moxf? My goal is to create tracks using a computer and the moxf, then export songs to moxf and play live over songs including use of vocoder.

Oh, I forgot to mention I’m in Australia so I assume the dvds aren’t region 4 and won’t play for me. What format are the dvd downloads? Are they mp4s?

The DVD’s are indeed mp4 format. I’d suggest getting the “Discovering The Yamaha MOX DVD” first as that would be of more help to you at this stage. Once you’re in a position to get an expansion board, then I’d look at the MoXF vid.
