It’s my own composition, as is everything else in here with the sole exception of Departure For Space ...Again which is a theme from Gradius (a Konami video game), albeit lovingly altered. With Flowers By The River, I was in the mood to compose something for solo piano, just to explore the instrument more. Hopefully the end result is pleasing enough. It has pretty yet unorthodox motion, maybe similar to French impressionism, that sort of thing.

You got it right: I’m a ‘fan’ of Eric Satie and Claude Debussy.
In effect, Kit Watkins (Happy The Man, Camel ... ) made me a fan
by his album “A Different View”.
The music (listen-only) lessons on high school had distracted
me from those composers, in favour of Mendelsohn, Ravel and
Schubert.
As I am a very low level piano player, currently even out of
‘service’ due to “healthy” fitness excesses, I love to play Satie.

And your music is ... something else ... distinct from the wave
of 3rd class music that this forum has suffered from in the past.
Only you, Jan Bruijn, Mike Huntingford and a few others keep up
the good taste.
That’s what a synthesizer is meant for! Thank you all (!)
